However in modern life sometimes it becomes hard to truly relax into our feminine sides, and allow our most natural energies of love to be expressed in our lives, relationships and intimacy.

 

This journey is about creating space for you to blossom into your feminine energies and beauty in a deeply loving and divine way.

 

It's about creating the inner freedom to be yourself, so you can also be yourself in relationship and throughout your life.

 

Over 5 sessions in 8 weeks, join a group of women supporting each other to remember and reconnect with your most natural self. We'll be journeying into our bodies, our boundaries, our capacity for pleasure, our playfulness and fun, redefining our relationships to the feminine and masculine, and letting go of limiting mindsets that hold us back.

Of course we need both our feminine and masculine aspects to move through life.

 

But because many people's feminine has been suppressed, shut down, or not valued at times in life, it's so important to have spaces where women can come together and re-connect to our healthy and divine feminine nature.

 

In this series we'll be moving through a series of embodied practices, and also gaining clarity and wisdom on how we can operate from our most natural and loving feminine energy in the world.

 

Drawing from over a decade of work in this field, Alison will be sharing through practices and some teaching how any woman can flourish as their natural selves.

 

An additional element of this series is that Simon from Tantric Connections team will be running a Divine Masculine Embodiment series at the same time, supporting men to step more into their most authentic and loving selves. Towards the end of the series there'll be an opportunity for the men & women to come together and gently honour each other this willingness to come our into our truth. This will a special opportunity to gain some deeper insight into men's experience of the conscious journey.

♥ Journey Outline ♥

 

The Journey consists of 4 Thursday night sessions once per fortnight. Each session will run from 6.30pm-9.30pm, and contain embodiment practices, sharing and reflection exercises, teachings, and healing processes.

 

The journey will conclude with a final afternoon celebration and completion ceremony, reflecting and celebrating the transformation that's occurred.

Thursdays: August 15th, 29th, September 12th & 16th, 6.30pm (for a 6.45 start)-9.30pm.

 

Final celebration: Saturday September 28th, 1pm-5pm.

 

Another key part of the journey will be an online group where there'll be some additional resources shared, and the opportunity to check in and stay connected with the group between sessions.
