As a woman, you need both masculine & feminine energies to get by in life.

Yet in a society where masculine values have been so over emphasised, it can seem hard to truly relax into our natural feminine flow and softness, and to open the sensitivity of our hearts and bodies in intimacy and relationship.

Each woman has the potential to deeply connect with their natural feminine energy. However for a whole range of reasons we often become disconnected from it, which can create experiences such as:

- De-sensitising of the body and feeling less pleasure,
- Being stuck in our minds and over-thinking
- Finding it difficult to trust and be open in relationship
- Not feeling honoured in our true emotions and feelings
- Attracting men who aren’t in alignment with our true self
- Taking on masculine roles in relationship where we might prefer to be more feminine.
- Shutting down our natural playfulness, sensuality, sexuality and aliveness

Many of these patterns begin in childhood where people learn that our ability to think and structure, and to achieve academic & career goals is more important than anything else.

And while of course these abilities can be important, often the flowing creativity of feminine energy, beauty and sensuality is forgotten in this goal driven world.

In this special workshop will be introducing how any woman can take these step to create healthy feminine balance within, and create:

- Fulfilling relationships and intimacy where we truly honour ourselves, and allow ourselves to be honoured and cherished for who we are.
- A blissful alignment of our hearts, bodies and spirits, and the feeling of being at home within ourselves.
- Natural radiance of beauty of flows from within, nourishing and bringing joy to our lives and those around us.

All women are truly beautiful and deserving of love.

Reconnecting with our feminine is really the practice of remembering this and coming home to who we are.

About the facilitator:

Alison Petrie is the founder of I Am Woman Global, co-founder Tantric-Connections and Kunditantra, and has been facilitating tantra and women's embodiment work for over 7 years, including several years as the Sydney based facilitator for Tantric Blossoming.

Through discovering her feminine gifts of intuition, softness and vulnerability, Alison has transitioned from a busy, analytical mind, working in corporate IT, into an embodied experience of her body and heart. In addition to a very deep level of tantric training, Alison’s background includes counselling and psychology, energy healing, conscious dance facilitation, yoga, and many forms of meditation.

For the last 10 years Alison has worked extensively with women who long for this mind-to-body transition, supporting them to restore and embody their feminine nature, reclaim the ability to feel pleasure and joy, and open to deeper intimacy and connection in relationship. Alison also works with couples looking to reconnect from the heart, and re-ignite passion and deep connection in their relationship.

One of Alison's key insights in this field is that the best result and transformations come not from trying harder to be something, but rather from a path of relaxing and opening into what is already inside, waiting for permission to rise.
